If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or credit your card, as you wish. Just send it back to us unused and in its original packaging within 10 days of your receipt, postage paid and insured. For hygienic reasons hair brushes and combs cannot be returned.
